Sand Court Kits
		Deluxe and Power Deluxe: J & J Products is pleased to announce the addition of permanent Deluxe & Power Deluxe sand court volleyball kits to our product line. Due to high freight costs and regional preferences for standard posts, we recommend purchasing treated rectangular wood or round steel (4.5" outside diameter) or rectangular steel (4" x 4" typical) posts locally. J&J Products provides post drilling specifications, court layout, and installation instructions with each kit. See our page on sand court recommendations. Once the wood or steel posts are properly installed and the sand is added, either the Deluxe or Power Deluxe kit provides everything else to complete your court. Both kits provide for both men's and women's regulation net height. Both kits assume attachment to wood posts (6" x 8" recommended). When using round or rectangular steel posts, just let us know the tube diameter (4.5" max. for Power Deluxe) or rectangular width that the hardware must pass so we can substitute the correct hardware at no extra charge. Round tubing with a cemented in ground sleeve works well for removing the standard posts for storage. Both kits provide very easy assembly and disassembly of the net. There is no need for tedious turnbuckles or over center clamps to achieve desired net tightness. Each kit comes complete with a regulation boundary line with a 30' x 60' pre-measured corner and mid-court loops made of 1/4" diameter yellow polypropylene. The line uses an s-hook/loop connection for easy assembly and tear down and stores on a plastic winder. At each corner, stretch cords and 2 Ft wooden stakes (buried well below the sand surface) are provided to allow for permanent anchors with the ability to quickly disconnect the line for sand maintenance.
