Limited Warranty

J&J Products warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship, as follows:

For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, a J&J Products set or kit can be returned for a full refund. The returned set or kit must include the sales receipt (or copy) and a reason for returning. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, J&J Products will pay the labor charges to repair the defective product, excluding the net. After this period, the customer must pay for all labor charges.

In addition, J&J Products will supply at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements for defective parts, excluding the net, for a period of 2 years.

In addition, J&J Products will supply at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements for the pole standards only for a period of 5 years.

Only nets that were obviously defective as received may be exchanged at no charge and should be returned immediately after receipt of product.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and damage due to acts of God, accidents, misuse, and abuse or negligence to the product.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. J&J Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
